  1. Each Monday you’ll receive an email with a link to that week’s lesson and exercises in our private password protected website.
  2. You’ll go through the lesson, do the exercises and share your results with the class in the comments. You can ask me questions, too!
  3. Each day you practice the exercises for that week. If you crave accountability or like crossing off items on your To Do list, you can give me a shout out on social media and earn bonus points*!
  4. After you register, we’ll schedule your private video conference session with me for about half-way through the 8 weeks.

gini037GINI MARTINEZ is an Embodiment, Pilates Teacher, and owner at ROCK WHAT’S YOURS. She specializes in teaching goal oriented individuals how to engage their mind and body intelligently so they’re able to show up as their best selves and perform at their highest level at any given moment.

Gini is a former dancer. She has taught Pilates and somatic movement since 1998 and is trained in the Franklin Method® As a busy wife, mother {to 3 boys}, and business owner, Gini experiences the necessity to stay grounded, centered, and flexible on a daily basis and enjoys teaching all those willing to show up and do the work how to do the same.
